宫外孕应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤和单纯应用甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and methotrexate alone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的：探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤和单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法：收治孕5～11周宫外孕患者64例，随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用单纯用甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察组则采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。结果：观察组包块缩小至消失时间、总有效率、血β绒毛膜促性腺激素下降程度均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕疗效确切，治愈率与安全性更高，有效提高了患者的生存及生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and methotrexate alonein the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:64 cases of ectopic pregnancy in 5 ～ 11 weeks of pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each group.The control groupwere treated with methotrexate alone,while the observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexatetreatment.Results:The pack block to disappear time,total efficiency,serum levels of gonadotropin decreased of the observationgroup were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of mifepristone combined withmethotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is exactly;the cure rate and safety are higher;the patients’ quality of life isimproved.
