异位妊娠的保守治疗

Conservative treatment on ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨异位妊娠保守治疗的临床效果。方法:收治异位妊娠患者64例,对所有患者采用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮进行保守治疗。结果:治愈56例,治愈率87.5%;手术率12.5%。不良反应发生率6.3%。结论:采用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮对异位妊娠患者进行保守治疗具有良好的效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of conservative treatment on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:64 patientswith ectopic pregnancy were treated with methotrexate and mifepristone for conservative treatment.Results:After the treatment,56 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 87.5%.The operation rate was 12.5%.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.3%.Conclusion:Conservative treatment with methotrexate and mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy has good effect.
