牙种植治疗28例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 28 cases of dental implantation

目的:探讨牙种植治疗的技术与效果。方法:收治牙种植患者28例,对其种植体系、种植部位及采用的技术进行分析、对比。结果:28例患者共植牙108颗,未植骨16例,植骨12例,其中采用引导骨组织再生术6例,其他依次为采用骨挤压4例,采用上颌窦内提升植骨2例。结论:对于牙缺损患者,采用各型牙种植体联合种植技术可达到良好的效果,稳定性高,并且能实现美观效果。

Objective:To explore the technique and effect of dental implant therapy.Methods:28 patients with dental implantwere selected.We analyzed and compared the planting system,planting area and the use of the technology.Results:There were28 patients with 108 teeth,16 cases without bone graft,12 cases with bone graft,6 cases with guided bone tissue regeneration,4cases with bone compression,2 cases with maxillary sinus.Conclusion:In patients with tooth defect,use each type of dentalimplant technology can achieve good effect,high stability,and can meet the aesthetic effect.
