摘要
笔者依据多年的全口义齿制作的临床经验,总结出以下体会:1良好的医患沟通可以提高患者的满意度;2模型是全口义齿修复的基础,直接影响全口义齿的固位和稳定;3仅利用后牙区堤可以准确确定颌位关系;4对特殊病例排牙时可利用正畸拔牙理论;5预成金属加强网基托可以提高全口义齿的远期修复效果;6戴牙后第2天复诊可有效降低或避免牙槽黏膜溃烂,缩短全口义齿的适应时间。
Based on many years of experience in the production of complete denture, the author summed up the followingexperience: ① Good communication between doctors and patients can improve patients’satisfaction. ② The model is thebasis of complete denture restoration,which directly affects the retention and stability of complete denture. ③ Only the occlusalrim of posterior region can accurately determine the jaw relation. ④ Orthodontic extraction theory can be used in the specialcase of teeth. ⑤ The long term restoration effect of complete denture can be improved by preformed metal strengthening netbase. ⑥ Return visit after the second day of taking fix teeth can effectively reduce or avoid alveolar mucosa ulceration,shortenthe time to adapt complete denture.
