通窍活血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床效果

Clinical discussion of Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of oral lichen planus

目的:探究通窍活血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床效果。方法:收治口腔扁平苔癣患者96例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组仅使用窄谱中波紫外线疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用通窍活血汤。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组患者的血浆黏稠度、血液流变学指标的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线进行治疗口腔扁平苔癣可降低血浆黏稠度,效果满意。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction combined with NB-UVB in thetreatment of oral lichen planus.Methods:96 patients with oral lichen planus were selected.They were divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group.The control group were given the narrow spectrum UVB therapy,while the treatment group weregiven Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction based on the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The difference of the blood concentration and blood rheology oftwo groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction combined with narrow spectrumUVB in the treatment of oral lichen planus can reduce plasma sticky degree, with satisfactory therapeutic effect.
