麦肯基疗法结合PNF技术治疗寰枢关节错乱所致颈性眩晕的效果研究

Research on the efficacy of McKenzie therapy combined with PNF in the treatment of atlantoaxial joint disorder caused by cervical vertigo

目的:探讨麦肯基疗法结合PNF技术对寰枢关节错乱所致颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法:收治寰枢关节错乱所致颈性眩晕患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用Mckenzie疗法结合PNF技术治疗,对照组采用常规牵引加点穴治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者颈性眩晕症状及疼痛数字分级法(NRS)。结果:治疗后及2个月随访,治疗组颈性眩晕症状改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),颈椎疼痛程度改善明显。结论:Mckenzie疗法与PNF技术结合治疗寰枢关节错乱所致颈性眩晕具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of McKenzie therapy combined with PNF in the treatment of atlantoaxialjoint disorder caused by cervical vertigo.Methods:80 patients with cervical vertigo caused by cervical vertigo were randomlydivided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Mckenzie therapy combined with PNF technology,while thecontrol group was treated with conventional traction plus point acupuncture.Cervical vertigo symptoms and pain digital gradingmethod(NRS) were compared.Results:After treatment and 2 months follow-up,the improvement of cervical vertigo symptomsin the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).The degree of cervical pain improvedsignificantly.Conclusion:The effect of McKenzie therapy combined with PNF in the treatment of atlantoaxial joint disordercaused by cervical vertigo is outstanding.
