CT尿路成像及三维重建在微创经皮肾镜取石术中的应用价值

The value of CT urinary tract imaging and 3D reconstruction in minimally invasive percutaneous renal mirror

目的:探讨CT尿路成像及三维重建在微创经皮肾镜取石术中的应用价值。方法:收治行微创经皮肾镜取石术患者40例,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各20例,对照组行静脉肾盂造影,观察组行CT尿路成像及三维重建。结果:观察组手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组穿刺成功率与结石清除率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CT尿路成像及三维重建在微创经皮肾镜取石中的应用具有手术成功率高、手术时间短等优点。

Objective:To investigate the application value of CT urinary tract imaging and 3D reconstruction in the minimallyinvasive percutaneous renal mirror.Methods:40 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous renal mirror were selected.Theywere divided into the control group and he observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 casesin each group.Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous renal pelvis radiography,while in the observationgroup were treated with CT urinary tract imaging and 3D reconstruction.Results:The operation time of the observation groupwas significantly shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the puncture success rate and the stone clearance rate of theobservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:CT urography and violationsreconstruction applicated in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone has some advantages,including higheroperation success rate,shorter operation time,and so on.
