彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm

目的:探讨与分析彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:收治甲状腺肿瘤患者80例,利用彩色多普勒超声检查对其进行诊断,将诊断结果与临床手术病理诊断结果进行比较与分析。结果:经彩色多普勒超声检查出甲状腺癌与病理手术诊断相符率87.50%,甲状腺腺瘤相符率93.55%,结节性甲状腺肿相符率90.00%,总相符率92.50%。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺肿瘤的准确率较好,与手术病例诊断结果的相符率较高,可以为临床治疗甲状腺肿瘤提供重要的诊断信息。

Objective:To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.Methods:80 patientswith thyroid neoplasm were selected,using color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis.The results of diagnosis andsurgical pathology diagnosis were compared and analyzed.Results:The diagnostic rate of thyroid carcinoma and pathologicaldiagnosis was 87.50% by color Doppler ultrasound,rate of thyroid adenoma was 93.55%,nodular goiter rate was 90.00%,and atotal compliance rate was92.50%.Conclusion:The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination is good,and it can provideimportant diagnostic information for clinical treatment of thyroid cancer.
