彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid tumor

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对甲状腺肿瘤的临床诊断价值。方法:收治甲状腺肿瘤患者90例,分析甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿的CDFI回声及钙化特点。结果:CDFI对甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿的诊断准确率分别为88.89%、90.32%、94.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲状腺癌以高回声型、微钙化为主,甲状腺腺瘤以混合回声型、边缘钙化为主,结节性甲状腺肿为低回声、粗钙化。结论:CDFI具有操作简便、重复性高、准确率高的特点,可为甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。

Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the treatment ofthyroid tumor.Methods:90 patients with thyroid tumor were selected.The echo and calcification characteristics of CDFI ofthyroid carcer, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CDFI of thyroid carcer,thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter were 88.89%, 90.32% and 94.00% respectively,and there was no statistically significantdifference(P > 0.05).Thyroid cancer was priority to high echo and microcalcification;thyroid adenoma was priority to mixedecho type and edge calcification;nodular goiter was priority to low echo and coarse calcification.Conclusion: CDFI has thecharacteristics of easy operation,high repeatability,high accuracy,which can provide reliable basis for the differential diagnosisof thyroid tumor.
