摘要
目的:对绝经后阴道出血原因及护理方法予以分析。方法:收治绝经后阴道流血患者70例,分析病因,并就相应的护理方法予以探讨。结果:70例绝经后阴道出血患者的病因主要有生殖器炎症、内分泌原因、妇科恶性肿瘤等;随着年龄的增长、绝经年限的增长,恶性肿瘤的发生率越发增加,危险性也就越大,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经后阴道出血患者深入分析其出血原因,并采取全面的护理方法对患者施行有效护理,减轻患者的心理负担,改善预后。
Objective:Analysis of the causes and nursing methods of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.Methods:70patients with postmenopausal bleeding were selected,analyzing the cause of the disease,and discussing the correspondingnursing method.Results:70 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding in patients with genital inflammation,endocrinecauses,gynecological malignancies,etc.with the increase of age and the growth of the age,the incidence of malignant tumoris higher,the risk is higher,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:To analyze the causes of bleedingin patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding,and to take a comprehensive nursing method for patients with effectivenursing,can reduce the psychological burden of patients,improve the prognosis.
