肺栓塞是由各种栓子阻塞肺动脉系统的一组疾病或临床综合征的总称,以肺循环和呼吸功能障碍为其主要临床表现和病理、生理特征。本文就1例高原地区高血压脑出血术后并发肺栓塞的患者进行简要阐述,以期望对临床工作有所帮助。

Pulmonary embolism is a group of diseases or clinical syndrome which is caused by various kinds of obstructivepulmonary emboli system,the main clinical manifestations and pathological and physiological characteristics arepulmonarycirculation and respiratory dysfunction.In this article,1 case of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in high altitude areas wasbriefly described,and the clinical work was expected to be helpful.
