氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法:收治高血压合并冠心病患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组各指标改善情况及总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment ofhypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:68 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heartdisease were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treatedwith nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the treatment group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calciumtablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the improvement of each index and the totaleffective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curativeeffect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heartdisease was significant.
