奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑血管病98例的临床疗效

Clinical effect of ozagrel sodium in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in 98 cases

目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑血管病的效果。方法:收治缺血性脑血管病患者196例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各98例,对照组采用维脑路通治疗,治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率92.86%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.01)。结论:奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of ozagrel sodium in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:196patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatmentgroup with 98 cases in each.The control group was treated with venoruton,and the treatment group was treated with ozagrel sodium.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of 92.86% wassignificantly higher than 78.57% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of ozagrel sodium in the treatment ofischemic cerebrovascular disease was significant.
