MTA与氢氧化钙直接盖髓在年轻恒前牙外伤治疗中的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨矿物三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)与氢氧化钙直接盖髓治疗年轻恒牙外伤的临床效果。方法:收治患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。研究组以MTA为盖髓剂,对照组以氢氧化钙为盖髓剂,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组成功率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MTA应用于年轻恒前牙外伤治疗中,密闭性及生物相容性更好,其临床近期、远期疗效均显著优于氢氧化钙。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of MTA and calcium hydroxide for direct pulp capping in the treatment ofyoung permanent anterior teeth trauma.Methods:80 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group andthe control group with 40 cases in each.The study group was treated by MTA,and the control group was treated with calciumhydroxide.We compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the success rate was significantly betterthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTA was used in the treatment of permanent anterior teeth trauma in youngpeople,the sealing and biocompatibility were better,and the short-term and long-term efficacy were significantly better thancalcium hydroxide.
