胸腔镜辅助下与开放式食管癌根治术的综合临床疗效对比观察

Comparative observation of the comprehensive clinical curative effect of assisted thoracoscopic surgery and open esophageal cancer radical resection

目的:比较胸腔镜辅助下与开放式食管癌根治术的综合临床疗效。方法:收治早期食管癌患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组给予胸腔镜食管癌根治术治疗,对照组给予开放食管癌根治术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的术中出血量、术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期食管癌患者在胸腔镜辅助下行食管癌根治术具有较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To compare the comprehensive clinical curative effect of assisted thoracoscopic surgery and openesophageal cancer radical resection.Methods:80 patients with early esophageal cancer were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given thoracic esophagealcancer radical resection treatment.The control group was given open esophageal cancer radical resection treatment.The clinicalcurative effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood soss,postoperativehospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate ofcomplications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Earlyesophageal cancer patients with esophageal cancer radical resection under assisted thoracoscopic surgery has a good clinicaltreatment effect.
