支气管气囊压力观察法用于左侧双腔支气管插管定位的效果观察

摘要 目的:研究支气管气囊压力观察法用于左侧双腔支气管插管定位的效果。方法:将左侧双腔支气管插管患者分为A组(气囊压力组)、B组(导管阻力组)、C组(身高预测组),比较3组患者插管情况及相关并发症例数。结果:A组患者首次插管时肺分隔成功例数、位置准确例数多于B组、C组,位置过浅、过深例数少于B组、C组。结论:支气管气囊压力观察法用于左侧双腔支气管插管的定位效果优于导管阻力法、身高预测法。 Objective:To study the effect of the application of bronchial balloon pressure observation method in left side doublelumen bronchial intubation positioning.Methods:The patients with left side double lumen bronchial intubation were divided into Agroup(the balloon pressure group),B group(the pipe resistance group),C group(the height prediction group).The intubation situationsand related complication cases of 3 groups were compared.Results:The lung separation successful cases and location accuracycases on the first intubation in A group were more than those of B group and C group;too shallow and too deep position caseswere less than those of B group and C group.Conclusion:The effect of bronchial balloon pressure observation method in left sidedouble lumen bronchial intubation positioning is better than that of pipe resistance method and height prediction method.
