肾结石合并积水微通道引流术后对肾功能的评价

Evaluation of renal function in patients with renal calculus and hydronephrosis after micro channel drainage

目的:探讨微通道引流术治疗对肾结石合并积水患者术后肾功能的影响。方法:收治肾结石合并积水患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例,观察组给予微通道引流术治疗,对照组给予标准通道引流术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,并评估术后肾功能的恢复情况。结果:观察组的手术时间明显多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血肌酐、尿素氮明显低于对照组,ECT明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微通道引流术治疗肾结石合并积水的患者具有较好的疗效,有助于肾功能的恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of postoperative renal function of micro channel drainage in the treatment of patientswith renal calculus and hydronephrosis.Methods:50 patients with renal calculus and hydronephrosis were selected.They wererandomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The observation group was given microchannel drainage treatment.The control group was given standard channel drainage treatment.The treatment effects of two groupswere compared,and the recovery of postoperative renal function was evaluated.Results:The operation time of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of the observation groupwere significantly lower than those of the control group,and ECT was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Micro channel drainage in the treatment of patients with renal calculus and hydronephrosis has a good curative effect.It is helpful to the recovery of renal function.
