妇女陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤的发病情况及原因分析

Analysis of the incidence and causes on old perineal laceration in women

目的:探讨妇女陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤的发病情况及原因。方法:收治陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤患者20例,随机分为观察组和治疗组各10例。观察组采用层次分离手术治疗,治疗组采用阴道瓣膜翻转手术治疗。结果:20例患者均治疗成功,患者陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤修复痊愈,效果满意。结论:针对妇女陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤进行手术治疗,在坚持手术操作的原则下,能够极大提高手术成功率。

Objective:To investigate the incidence and causes on old perineal laceration in women.Methods:20 patients with oldperineal laceration were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group with 10 cases in each.In theobservation group,the treatment group were treated with the layer separation operation,while in the treatment group were treatedwith vagina valve operation.Results:20 patients were treated successfully.Patients with old perineal laceration repair all recovered,and the treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:Surgical treatment on old perineal laceration can greatly improve the successrate of operation under the principle of adhering to the operation.
