妇科肿瘤手术大出血的预防和处理

Prevention and treatment of massive hemorrhage in gynecological tumor operation

目的:探讨妇科肿瘤手术大出血的预防和处理经验,提高临床疗效。方法:收治手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者600例,其中5例发生大出血,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:5例患者中,3例经纱布填塞成功止血,另外2例进行手术治疗,成功止血,无死亡病例。结论:首先查明出血部位,对症处理是做好妇科肿瘤手术大出血的关键。

Objective:To explore the prevention and treatment of massive hemorrhage in gynecological tumor operation.Methods:600 patients with gynecological cancer treated with operation were selected.Among them,5 cases had massive hemorrhage.Theclinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 5 patients,hemostasis was successful in 3 patients with gauze packing,andthe other 2 cases were treated by surgery.The hemostasis was successful.There was no death.Conclusion:Identifying the bleedingsite and symptomatic treatment were the keys for massive hemorrhage in gynecological tumor operation.
