替硝唑联合龈下刮治、根面平整治疗重度慢性牙周炎临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of tinidazole combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis

目的:研究替硝唑联合龈下刮治、根面平整治疗重度慢性牙周炎的临床治疗效果。方法:收治重度慢性牙周炎患者78例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组给予替硝唑联合龈下刮治、根面平整治疗,对照组仅给予根面平整术治疗。比较两组患者术前、术后2周、4周、8周的探诊出血情况、探诊深度和临床附着水平。结果:术后2周、4周、8周,研究组患者探诊深度和临床附着水平、出血指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:替硝唑联合龈下刮治、根面平整治疗重度慢性牙周炎疗效显著。

Objective:To study the clinical treatment effect of tinidazole combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in thetreatment of severe chronic periodontitis.Methods:78 patients with severe chronic periodontitis were selected.They were randomlydivided into the study group and the control group.The study group was given tinidazole combined with subgingival scaling androot planing treatment.The control group was only given root planing treatment.The probing bleeding,probing depth and clinicalattachment levels of two groups were compared before operation,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks after operation.Results:2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks after operation,the probing depth and clinical attachment level,bleeding index in the study group were significantly higherthan those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tinidazole combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in thetreatment of severe chronic periodontitis have a significant curative effect.
