舒血宁在急性脑缺血治疗中的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral ischemia

目的:探讨舒血宁治疗急性脑缺血的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑缺血患者200例,随机平分成两组,对照组给予控制血压、血糖和血脂,吸氧、降低颅内压等常规治疗的基础上给予阿司匹林、维脑路通治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用舒血宁注射液治疗。结果:观察组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗前神经功能评分(25.8±2.9)分,治疗7 d评分(22.2±2.1)分,治疗14 d评分(12.1±1.9)分,对照组上述评分分别为(25.6±2.9)分,(24.8±2.5)分,(16.5±2.3)分,两组组间及组内治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁治疗急性脑缺血起效快,神经功能恢复快,疗效显著。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebralischemia.Methods:200 patients with acute cerebral ischemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups onaverage.The control group was given aspirin and venoruton treatment on the basis of control of blood pressure,blood glucose andblood lipids,oxygen,reducing intracranial pressure and other conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated byShuxuening injection on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95% which washigher than that of the control group of 76% ,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Theneurological function score of the observation group before treatment was(25.8±2.9)points,and it was(22.2±2.1)points in the 7days after treatment,(12.1±1.9)points in the 14 days after treatment.The scores above of the control group was(25.6±2.9)points,(24.8 ± 2.5)points,(16.5 ± 2.3)points.The differences between groups and in the subgroups before and after treatment werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening injection in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia has rapid onset.Thenerve function recovery is quick.The curative effect is remarkable.
