稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果

The clinical effect of Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果。方法:收治冠心病合并心律失常患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率77.33%,明显低于观察组的96.00%,不良反应发生率40.00%,明显高于观察组的14.67%(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronaryheart disease combined with arrhythmia.Methods:150 patients with coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia wereselected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 patients in each group.The controlgroup was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol.Wecompared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the control group,the total effective rate of 77.33% was significantlylower than 96% of the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 40.00% was significantly higher than 14.67%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatmentof coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia was significant.
