摘要
目的:对急性脑梗死患者在不同b值下进行1.5T磁共振扩散加权成像,讨论不同b值下的影像学表现及差异。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者90例,检测其在不同b值下的磁共振扩散加权成像,并对图像进行分析。结果:随着b值的增加,脑部灰质和白质的对比更加清晰,局部范围扩大,并且ADC的值下降,其中病变部位的ADC值明显低于健康侧镜像脑区的ADC值(P<0.05)。结论:适当选择较高的b值在可提高磁共振扩散加权成像在检查急性脑梗死时可提高准确率。
Objective:Patients with acute cerebral infarction were given 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imagingunder different high b value parameters,to explore the imaging features and differences under different high b value parameters.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were given 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion weightedimaging under different high b value parameters.We analyzed the images.Results:With the increase of b value,the contrast of graymatter and white matter of the brain was more clear,local scope was enlarged,and the ADC value was decreased.The ADC value ofthe lesion site was significantly lower than that of the healthy brain region(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appropriate choice of higher bvalue can improve the accuracy rate of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
