子宫肌瘤患者合并高血压的临床护理干预观察

Clinical nursing intervention on patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预方法及效果。方法:收治子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者90例,随机分为对照组和试验组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在此基础上施以护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:在试验组,血压控制情况、不良反应率、满意率和术后生命质量各维度评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期给予护理干预有助于血压控制,减少术后并发症,提升患者满意度与术后生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine myomacomplicated with hypertension.Methods:90 patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was givenroutine nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared thenursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the control of blood pressure,adverse reaction rate,satisfaction rateand each dimension scores of postoperative quality of life were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension was helpful to control bloodpressure,reduce postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction and postoperative quality of life.
