摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病并发症的影响因素及护理措施。方法:收治糖尿病并发症患者80例,对其进行常规检查,分析糖尿病及并发症的影响因素及其综合护理干预措施。结果:病程、宣教、尿路感染是糖尿病患者并发症发病的主要影响因素。结论:糖尿病并发症的发病率较高,且临床缺乏理想的根治方法,根据糖尿病并发症的发病的影响因素应采取有效的护理干预,以提高患者遵医率,帮助患者实现治疗的最佳目标。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors and nursing measures on diabetic complications.Methods:80 patients withdiabetic complications were treated with routine examination,then we analyzed the influencing factors of diabetes andcomplications,and the comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results:The main influencing factors included course ofdisease,education,urinary tract infection are the incidence of complications in patients with diabetes.Conclusion:The onset ofdiabetic complications rate is higher and lack of an ideal method to cure the disease in clinical.Effective nursing interventionshould be take according to the factors that influence the onset of diabetic complications,in order to improve the compliance rateof the patients,and help them achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
