责任制整体护理在急性上消化道出血内镜下治疗患者中的应用

The application of responsibility system holistic nursing care in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscope

目的:探讨责任制整体护理在急性上消化道出血内镜下治疗患者中的应用。方法:收治急性上消化道出血接受内镜下治疗的患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组采取责任制整体护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组的治疗效果及患者满意率。结果:观察组一次性止血成功率明显高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,患者满意程度高于对照组。结论:在急性上消化道出血内镜治疗中开展责任制整体护理,能够改善临床症状、提高治疗效果,预防再出血的发生。

Objective:To explore the application of responsibility system holistic nursing care in patients with acute uppergastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy.Methods:20 patients with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated by endoscopictreatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were take responsibility of holistic nursing care,while in the control group were given routinenursing,then we compared the treatment effect and patient satisfaction rate between groups.Results:The success rate of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the bleeding rate was lower than the control group,and thesatisfaction degree of patients was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Application of responsibility system holisticnursing care in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy can improve the clinical symptoms,increasethe treatment effect,and prevent the occurrence of rebleeding.
