优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的应用观察

Application of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room

目的:探讨优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的应用效果。方法:收治患者1 000例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:对照组焦虑度评分38.45分,抑郁评分37.49分,护理满意度评分69.87分,护理质量评分85.23分,护理错误发生率10.2%。研究组焦虑度评分29.56分,抑郁评分30.23分,护理满意度评分84.56分,护理质量评分90.55分,护理错误发生率5‰。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room.Methods:1000 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was givenroutine care,and the study group was given high quality nursing service.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the anxiety score was 38.45;the depression score was 37.49;the nursing satisfaction score was 69.87;thenursing quality score was 85.23;the incidence of nursing error was 10.2% .In the study group,the anxiety score was 29.56;thedepression score was 30.23;the nursing satisfaction score was 84.56;the nursing quality score was 90.55;the incidence of nursingerror was 5‰ .The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursingservice in emergency resuscitation room was significant.
