腹股沟疝实施外科治疗采取临床护理路径的效果评析

Evaluation of the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with inguinal hernia treated by surgery

目的:探析腹股沟疝实施外科治疗采取临床护理路径的效果。方法:收治腹股沟疝患者82例,随机平分为两组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施临床护理路径干预,观察两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的并发症各项指标明显低于对照组,前者的住院费用及住院时间明显少于后者,护理满意度与疾病知识知晓率也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝实施外科治疗采取临床护理路径能有效降低并发症,缩短住院时间,减少医药费用,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with inguinal hernia treated by surgery.Methods:82 patients with inguinal hernia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group wasgiven routine nursing intervention,while the clinical nursing pathway was applied in the observation group.The nursing effect ofthe two groups was observed.Results:The complication of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup,and the cost of hospitalization and hospital stay were significantly less than the latter.The awareness rate of nursingsatisfaction and disease knowledge awareness rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clinical nursing pathway on patients with inguinal herniatreated by surgery can effectively reduce the complications,shorten hospital stay,reduce medical costs,improve the quality of life ofpatients.
