醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗前列腺癌20例的护理

Nursing of acetic acid goserelin slow-release implant in the treatment of prostate cancer in 20 cases

目的:探讨醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗前列腺癌的护理经验。方法:收治前列腺癌患者20例,给予醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗。掌握正确的用药方法,加强药物不良反应的观察与护理,重视患者的心理护理。结果:20例患者顺利完成治疗,无重大不良反应。结论:为患者提供有效的护理措施可保证用药安全和提高患者的依从性。

Objective:To explore the nursing experience of acetic acid goserelin slow-release implant in the treatment of prostatecancer.Methods:20 patients with prostate cancer were selected.They were given acetic acid goserelin treatment.To master thecorrect medication method,to strengthen the observation and nursing of adverse drug reaction,and to pay attention to thepsychological nursing of patients.Results:20 patients were successfully completed treatment,and there was no significant adversereaction.Conclusion:Providing effective nursing measures for patients can ensure the safety of medication and improve thepatient's compliance.
