摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在恶性肿瘤化疗PICC患者中的应用价值。方法:收治肺癌使用PICC化疗患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用普通护理,观察组采用普通加舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组舒适程度及满意程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在恶性肿瘤化疗PICC患者中的应用价值显著。
Objective:To explore the value of comfort care on patients with malignant tumor and PICC chemotherapy.Methods:Patients with lung cancer and PICC chemotherapy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group.The control group was given ordinary care,and the observation group was given ordinary care and comfort care.Wecompared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the comfort degree and satisfaction degree weresignificantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of comfortable nursing on patients withmalignant tumor and PICC chemotherapy was significant.
