右眼球结膜下异位骨化1例

Right eye ball subconjunctival heterotopic ossification in 1 case

异位骨化是指机体骨骼系统之外的骨形成,近年来,其发病率显著增高,但在眼部发病较为罕见。骨化症又可称作骨瘤,现认为骨瘤不是真正肿瘤,Jaffe认为是纤维-骨病变的硬化阶段。结膜骨瘤很少见,好发于近外眦部颞下侧球结膜,质硬,黄豆大小,境界清楚,可移动。国内对脉络膜骨瘤有较多报道,对球结膜下的骨瘤报道罕见。本文对1例右眼球结膜下异位骨化患者进行分析,球结膜异位骨化的治疗主要是手术彻底切除。

Heterotopic ossification is the bone formation beyond the body skeletal system.In recent years,its incidence rateincreases significantly,but the incidence of the eye is relatively rare.Ossification can be called osteoma,and the osteoma isconsidered not really tumor.Jaffe consider that it is the hardening stage of fiber-bone lesions.Conjunctival osteoma is rare,oftenoccurring in the near side of the lateral canthus temporal bulbar conjunctiva.It is hard,soya bean size,clear boundary,mobile.Thereare more reports of choroidal osteoma,and the report of subconjunctival osteoma is rare.In this paper,the author analyzes 1 case ofright eye ball subconjunctival heterotopic ossification,and the treatment of conjunctival heterotopic ossification is completeexcision surgery.
