“医养结合服务模式”对居家养老生命质量、心理及高血压控制的影响

The influence of "combination of hospital and pension agency service model" on the quality of life,psychology and control of hypertension of home care people

目的:探讨"医养结合服务模式"对于居家养老在生命质量、焦虑、抑郁及高血压控制方面的影响。方法:选择居家养老并兼有高血压老年人70例,随机分为对照组和研究组。研究组采用"医养结合服务模式"服务,对照组采用常规服务,比较两组效果。结果:在研究组,高血压控制情况、生命质量量表评分在GH、PF、RP、RE、VT、SF、MH七个维度及焦虑、抑郁自评表评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"医养结合服务模式"能改善居家养老的老年人生命质量,明显改善其焦虑、抑郁症状,并能显著提高高血压的控制率。

Objective:To explore the influence of "combination of hospital and pension agency service model" on the quality oflife,anxiety,depression and control of hypertension of home care people.Methods:70 cases of home care people with hypertensionwere selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The study group was given the "combinationof hospital and pension agency service model".The control group was given regular service.We compared the effect of the twogroups.Results:In the study group,the control of hypertension,quality of life scale score in GH,PF,RP,RE,VT,SF,MH,anxiety anddepression self rating scale were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The "combination ofhospital and pension agency service model" can improve the quality of life of elderly people at home care,significantly improvetheir anxiety and depression symptoms,and it can significantly improve the control rate of hypertension.
