摘要
目的:全面了解寿光市食源性疾病流行现状,掌握其发病规律,为制定预防控制对策提供科学依据。方法:对寿光市2015年食源性疾病监测病例进行统计分析。结果:2015年全市共报告食源性疾病监测病例309例,30岁以下人群(49.20%);监测病例中年龄最小的9个月,年龄最大的87岁,两者均为女性;6-9月是食源性疾病的高发期;可疑食品种类占前3位的分别是水果类及其制品、多种食品和蔬菜类及其制品;发生场所居首位的是家庭(72.17%)。结论:应根据季节特点针对性地对重点人群、场所进行宣传教育工作,提高监测的规范化和数据的实用性。
Objective:To make a comprehensive understanding of the epidemic situation of foodborne diseases in shouguang city,to master the law of the disease and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures.Methods:We analyzed thecases of foodborne disease surveillance in shouguang city.Results:It was reported a total of 309 cases of foodborne diseasesurveillance in the city in 2015,people under 30 years of age(49.20%).The youngest patient was 9 months of age and the oldestwas 87 years old,and both were female.June to September was the high incidence of foodborne illness.Suspicious types of foodaccounts for the top 3 were fruit and its products,a variety of foods and vegetables and their products.The first place of occurrenceplace was family(72.17%).Conclusion:We should conduct propaganda and education to the key people and places according to theseasonal characteristic,to improve the standardization of monitoring and practicality of data.
