摘要
慢病管理是干休所卫生医疗工作的一项主要内容。老龄化医疗服务的主要任务就是慢病的综合管理服务。我所利用开展网络家庭病房契机,借助"军卫信息系统",采用体系医院-干休所-家庭一体化的管理模式,对老干部进行慢性病管理,提高干休所的慢病管理能力。
Chronic disease management is an important content of health care work in home for retired cadres.The main task ofaging medical service is the comprehensive management of chronic diseases.Using the opportunity of carrying out network homeward,through "military health information system",we carry on the chronic disease management to the old cadre with integratedmanagement model of hospital-home for retired cadres-family,to improve the ability of chronic disease management of home forretired cadres.
