株洲市基层医疗机构卫生监督分析

Analysis on health supervision of primary medical institutions in Zhuzhou city

目的:分析株洲市基层医疗机构卫生监督检查结果。方法:分别在2013年和2014年从6个方面检查357家医疗机构。结果:医疗机构执业许可情况合格率91.59%,医疗机构执业情况合格率74.71%,医疗文书管理情况合格率69.12%,医疗废物处理情况合格率44.54%,消毒隔离情况合格率71.15%,口腔门诊要求合格率36.68%。大部分调查项目区合格率高于县,2014年合格率高于2013年。结论:株洲市卫生监督尤其是薄弱环节例如医疗废物处理、口腔门诊需要根据国家法律法规,进一步加大监督执法力度,完善执法监管体系。

Objective:To analyze the health supervision inspection results of primary medical institutions in Zhuzhou city.Methods:In 2013 and 2014,357 medical institutions were examined from 6 aspects.Results:The qualified rate of medicalinstitutions practice license situation was 91.59% .The qualified rate of medical institutions practice situation was 74.71% .Thequalified rate of medical instrument management situation was 69.12%.The qualified rate of medical waste disposal situation was44.54%.The qualified rate of disinfection isolation situation was 71.15%.The qualified rate of oral outpatient service requirementswas 36.68% .The qualified rates of most research projects in district were higher than those of the county.The qualified rate of2014 was higher than that of 2013.Conclusion:Zhuzhou city health supervision,especially the weak links such as medical wastedisposal and oral outpatient,need to further strengthen the supervision of law enforcement,improve the law enforcementsupervision system according to national laws and regulations.
