妇产科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis of peri operation usage of antibacterial drugs

目的:探讨妇产科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况。方法:收治妇产科就诊患者210例,对其出院病历中的相关数据进行搜集、整理、分析,并对其抗菌药物的应用情况做出评估。结果:所选取的患者全部使用抗菌药物,联合用药12例(5.71%),单一用药198例(94.29%)。结论:使用药品时间偏长,用药品种偏于高档,需要临床医师进行科学、合理的用药调整,并使其规范化。

Objective:To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in perioperative period of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:210 patients were selected.The relevant data were collected,sorted out and analyzed,and the application of antibacterial drugs was evaluated.Resluts:All patients were selected for use of antimicrobial agents,12 cases(5.71% )combined with drugs,single medication in 198 cases (94.29%).Conclusion:The use of time is too long,the variety of drugs is high,which needs the scientific and rational use of medicine to adjust and make it standardized.
