摘要
目的:探讨脑瘫患儿的主要致病因素及预防措施。方法:分析35例脑瘫患儿主要致病因素的发生率。结果:早产、出生低体重发生率40.0%(14/35),窒息或缺氧发生率34.3%(12/35),致病因素多在孕期及分娩期。结论:早产儿、出生低体重、窒息或缺氧是脑瘫的主要致病因素,应加强孕期及分娩期预防、保健及治疗,对减少脑瘫发生率有极其重要的意义。
Objective:To discuss the main pathogenic factors and preventive measures of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:The incidence of major pathogenic factors in 35 cases of cerebral palsy were analyzed.Results:The incidence of premature birth and low birth weight was 40%(14/35);the incidence of asphyxia and hypoxia was 34.3%(12/35).The causative factors were in the period of pregnancy and delivery.Conclusion:Premature birth,low birth weight,asphyxia or hypoxia are the main pathogenic factors of cerebral palsy.We should strengthen the prevention,health care and treatment of pregnancy and delivery,to reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy.
