地塞米松与甘露醇合用对急性重症脑血管病脑保护作用的临床观察

Clinical observation of the protective effect of dexamethasone combined with mannitol in patients with acute severe cerebral vascular disease

目的:探讨地塞米松与甘露醇合用对急性重症脑血管病脑保护作用。方法:收治急性重症脑血管病患者80例,随机平分成两组,观察组采用地塞米松与甘露醇联合治疗,对照组采用单纯性的甘露醇治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者的GCS评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松联合甘露醇治疗急性重症脑血管病能够有效提升GCS评分,脑保护作用较好,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of dexamethasone combined with mannitol in patients with acute severe cerebral vascular disease.Methods:80 pateitns with acute severe cerebral vascular disease were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with dexamethasone and mannitol,while patients in the control group were treated with simple mannitol,and the effect of two groups was observed.Results: There were significant differences in GCS score between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute severe cerebral vascular disease with dexamethasone and mannitol can effectively improve the GCS score;the cerebral protective effect is good;the treatment effect is remarkable.
