滤泡性淋巴瘤预后特征分析

Analysis of prognostic features of follicular lymphoma

目的:分析滤泡性淋巴瘤辅助化疗患者的肿瘤复发特征,为个体化辅助治疗的选择提供参考。方法:收治滤泡性淋巴瘤综合治疗患者30例。以FLIPI1评分模型计算10年生存率,并进行比较。结果:滤泡性淋巴瘤的中位生存期分别为5年和10年。本试验得出5年生存率分别为100%、80%、50%,10年生存率分别为67%、60%、25%。结论:FLIPI1评分模型对滤泡性淋巴瘤有较准确的预后价值。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of tumor recurrence in patients with follicular lymphoma, and to provide a reference for the selection of adjuvant therapy.Methods:30 cases of patients with follicular lymphoma treated with comprehensive therapy were selected.The 10 year survival rate was calculated by FLIPI1 score model.Results:The median survival of follicular lymphoma was 5 years and 10 years respectively.In our study,the 5 year survival rates were 100% ,80% and 50% ;the 10 year survival rate were 67%,60% and 25%.Conclusion:FLIPI1 score model has more accurate prognostic value for follicular lymphoma.
