连续式B-lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中产后出血的效果观察

Observation on curative effect of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section for treating placenta praevia by continuous B-lynch suture combined with hemabate

目的:观察连续式B-lynch缝合术联合欣母沛在治疗因前置胎盘行剖宫产术中产后出血的止血效果。方法:收治因前置胎盘行剖宫产术的术中出现难以控制的子宫下段收缩性乏力产后出血患者45例,行连续式B-lynch缝合术联合欣母沛宫体注射。结果:45例均痊愈出院,产后体检无异常。结论:连续式B-lynch缝合术联合欣母沛在治疗因前置胎盘行剖宫产术中产后出血方面止血效果良好,减少了出血量,降低子宫切除率。

Objective:To observe the hemostatic effect of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section for treating placenta praevia by continuous B-lynch suture combined with hemabate.Methods:45 patients with unmanageable uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage in the lower uterine segment during cesarean section for treating placenta praevia were selected.They were received continuous B-lynch suture combined with hemabate uterine injection.Results:45 cases were cured and discharged,and their postpartum physical examinations without exception.Conclusion:Hemostasis effect of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section for treating placenta praevia by continuous B-lynch suture combined with hemabate is good.It can reduce the loss of blood and the incidence of hysterectomy.
