复方乳酸涂剂联合伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的效果观察

Effect observation of compound lactic acid lotion combined with itraconazole in the treatment of dermatophyte onychomycosis

目的:探讨复方乳酸涂剂联合伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的效果。方法:随机将40例甲癣患者分成单药治疗组、联合药物治疗组。单药治疗组仅给予复方乳酸涂剂治疗,联合药物治疗组在此基础上联用伊曲康唑胶囊,将两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:单药治疗组有效率50%,联合药物治疗组有效率80%。结论:复方乳酸涂剂联合伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的效果较单一用药显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of compound lactic acid lotion combined with itraconazole in the treatment of dermatophyte onychomycosis.Methods:40 cases of onychomycosis patients were randomly divided into the single drug treatment group and the combined drug treatment group.The single drug treatment group was given the compound lactic acid paint treatment only,while the combined drug treatment group was given the itraconazole capsules on the basis of the single drug treatment group.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups patients.Results:The effective rate of the single drug treatment group was 50%,and the effective rate of the combined drug treatment group was 80% .Conclusion:Compound lactic acid coating combined with itraconazole in the treatment of onychomycosis is better than single drug significantly.
