对接受住院老年精神病患者86例的情况分析

Analysis of 86 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with mental illness

目的:探讨接受住院老年精神病患者的临床特征,为临床干预提供依据。方法:对86例老年精神病住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:阳性症状、精神分裂症、心境障碍、老年痴呆、酒精所致精神障碍、器质性精神障碍、总病程5年及以上、既往就诊于精神科更易接受住院。结论:提高大众对精神症状,尤其是阴性症状的识别,普及老年期精神障碍知识,提高送诊率,进而提高接受住院率。

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with mental illness,and to provide the basis for clinical intervention.Methods:We analyzed the clinical data of 86 cases of elderly patients with mental illness retrospective.Results:Positive symptoms,schizophrenia,mood disorders,alzheimer's disease,alcohol induced mental disorders,organic mental disorders,the total duration of 5 years and above,previous treatment in the psychiatric department were more likely to accept hospitalization.Conclusion:Improve the public's recognition of mental symptoms,especially the negative symptoms,and popularize the knowledge of mental disorders in the elderly,improve the rate of delivery,so that can improve the rate of hospitalization.
