改良大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术联合分支静脉缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床分析

Clinical analysis of modified high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping operation combined with branch vein ligation in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein

目的:探讨改良大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术联合分支静脉缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:收治单纯大隐静脉曲张患者50例(53侧),采用改良大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术联合分支静脉缝扎术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:50例患者均治愈,曲张静脉消失。50例患者中,随访42例(47侧),均未发现小腿静脉曲张复发,其中长久站立3侧(6.4%),2侧(4.3%)行走后,有小腿酸胀感、足部轻微肿胀。结论:大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术联合分支静脉缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping operation combined with branch vein ligation in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods:50 patients(53 sides) with varicosis of great saphenous vein were selected.They were treated with modified high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping operation combined with branch vein ligation.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:50 patients were cured,and varicose veins disappeared.42 cases(47 sides) were followed up.There was no recurrence in them.Among them,3 cases(6.4% ) with long standing and 2 cases (4.3%) after walking had a sense of swelling of the lower leg and foot slight swelling.Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping operation combined with branch vein ligation in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein was significant.
