中医针灸对88例脑卒中患者康复的临床效果调查

Clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of 88 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients

目的:研究中医针灸治疗对脑卒中患者的临床康复的对策。方法:收治脑卒中患者88例,随机分两组,各44例,所有患者均采用传统药物配合康复辅助治疗,而试验组在以上基础上配合中医针灸治疗,统计、对比两组患者治疗前后日常生活能力评分情况以及有效率。结果:试验组日常生活能力评分改善情况和有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统的药物配合康复辅助治疗手段而言,中医针灸治疗的配合则可以有效提升患者的治愈率以及生活质量。

Objective:To study on the clinical rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:88 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 44 cases.All patients were treated with traditional medicine combined with rehabilitation,while the experimental group on the basis of that treatment add with acupuncture treatment. The daily living ability score and effective rate before and after of two groups were comapred.Results:In the experimental group,the score of daily living ability of the patients was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional medicine combination of the rehabilitation treatment,the combination of acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the cure rate and quality of life of the patients.
