中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病分析

Analysis of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨中西医结合治糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机平分成两组,对照组控制血糖,给予贝那普利及羟苯磺酸钙药物治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上进行辨证施治。结果:治疗后观察组α1微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治糖尿病肾病效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patitens in the control group were treated with benazepril combined with calcium dobesilate in order to reduce blood sugar,while patients in the observation group were treated with dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment,the α 1 microglobulin and mAlb of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is significant.
