风湿液联合非甾体抗炎药治疗骨关节病的效果观察

Observation of curative effect of Fengshiye combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of patients with bone and joint disease

目的:探讨同步口服中成药风湿液及非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)治疗骨关节病的临床效果。方法:收治经中医诊断为痹症,西医诊断为风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、颈椎病、肩关节周围炎、膝关节炎的患者80例,随机平分为两组。对照组使用非甾体抗炎药洛索芬钠治疗。观察组在此基础上,加服风湿液治疗。比较两组患者关节症状改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率97.5%明显高于对照组的62.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:风湿液联合非甾体抗炎药洛索洛芬钠治疗骨关节病效果显著,不良反应小。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral Fengshiye combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of patients with bone and joint disease.Methods:80 patients who were diagnosed as rheumatism by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosed for rheumatism arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,cervical spondylosis,scapulohumeral periarthritis,knee arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Loxoprofen sodium,while patients in the observation group were treated with Fengshiye on the basis of the control group.We compared the improve situation of joint symptoms in two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group 97.5% was significantly higher than that in the control group of 62.5% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Fengshiye combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Loxoprofen sodium in the treatment of patients with bone and joint disease is significant,with small adverse reactions.
