MRI对垂体柄阻断综合征的诊断价值

The value of MRI in the diagnosis of pituitary stalk blocking syndrome

目的:探讨MRI对垂体柄阻断综合征的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析7例垂体柄阻断综合征患者的MRI影像学表现及临床资料。结果:7例患者中,垂体柄未见显示5例,垂体柄明显变细2例;垂体窝内正常垂体后叶高信号均未见显示,神经垂体异位于下丘脑漏斗隐窝或正中隆起处;腺垂体体积均变小。结论:MRI在垂体柄阻断综合征中具有特征性表现,是目前无创诊断垂体柄阻断综合征的最佳影像学检查方法。

Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome.Methods:The MRI imaging features and clinical data of 7 patients with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among those 7 patients,5 cases without pituitary stalk showing,other 2 cases with pituitary stalk change obviously.The posterior lobe of the pituitary gland in the normal pituitary was not been found,and the pituitary was located in the middle of the hypothalamus or the median eminence;the pituitary volume was decrease.Conclusion:MRI can show the characteristic performancein of the pituitary stalk blocking syndrome,and it is the best imaging examination method for the diagnosis of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome.
