贫血患者的血液检验分析

Analysis of blood test in patients with anemia

目的:探讨血液检验在诊断贫血中的价值。方法:收治贫血患者228例,同时收集同期行健康体检的人员200例作为对照组,所有人员均抽取空腹静脉血并进行检测,统计两组患者的平均红细胞容积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)。结果:地中海贫血、溶血性贫血、慢性感染、巨幼细胞性贫血、缺铁性贫血的RDW、MCV、MCH、MCHC与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液检验对诊断贫血有着重要的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of blood test in diagnosis of anemia.Methods:228 patients with anemia were selected.At the same time,200 cases of healthy people were collected as the control group.Fasting venous blood of all the staff were taken and detected.Mean red cell volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular-hemoglobinconcentration (MCHC)and red cell distribution width(RDW)of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The RDW,MCV,MCH,MCHC of mediterranean anemia,hemolytic anemia,chronic infection,giant cell anemia,iron deficiency anemia were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of blood test in diagnosis of anemia is significant.
