大便常规检验在季节性腹泻诊治中的应用

Application of stool routine examination in seasonal diarrhea

目的:探讨大便常规检验在季节性腹泻中的临床价值。方法:收治腹泻患者92例,对所有患者进行便常规检验,评估检验结果。结果:志贺菌、大肠埃希菌的流行不具有季节性特点,沙门菌和溶血性弧菌在夏秋季节流行。结论:对腹泻患者采用便常规检验,能够掌握患者的致病因素,为医护人员的诊治工作提供依据。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of stool routine examination in the diagnosis of seasonal diarrhea.Methods:92 patients with diarrhea were selected.All of them were treated with routine inspection,and then assessment their test results.Results:The prevalence of shigella and escherichia have no seasonal characteristics,while salmonella and vibrio parahaemolyticus popular in summer and autumn.Conclusion:Taking routine inspection on patients with diarrhea can control the pathogenic factors and provide the basis on the diagnosis and treatment for medical personnel.
