子宫肌瘤围手术期的护理方法及效果

Nursing method and effect of uterine fibroids during perioperative period

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者50例,随机平分为两组。对照组临床围手术期中应用常规护理干预方法,研究组围手术期采取精心护理方法进行干预,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:研究组在经临床围手术期经精心护理干预后,临床疗效明显改善,在并发症、护理满意度方面比较,均显著优于对照组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期临床护理中,对其应用精心护理干预方法,不仅可提升临床围手术疗效,还可以提升临床护理满意度,降低并发症,产生了积极的护理效果。

Objective:To discuss the nursing method and effect of uterine fibroids during perioperative period.Method:50 patients with uterine fibroids were selected.They were randomly divided into two equal groups.The patients of the control group received routine nursing intervention during perioperative period.The patients of the study group received meticulous nursing intervention during perioperative period.The clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results:For the patients of the study group,the clinical efficacy of meticulous nursing intervention during perioperative period was significantly improved.In complications and satisfaction to nursing care,it was significantly better than the control group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period,the method of meticulous nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the satisfaction to clinical nursing care,and reduce complications and play an active nursing effect.
